Fall Fest Dream Park

Please join the fun this October as Fall Fest goes Cornhole Crazy! We will have cornhole Saturday and Sunday with all skill levels invited to participate. 20 lucky cornhole participants/attendees will be randomly selected to nail a 75' toss for a grand prize of 10k. 

Contestant Notification & Selection:

1. Contestant(s) must be randomly selected from registrants who entered the drawing prior to the official selection. Entries will be chosen at random until the first entry of somebody in attendance at the named event is chosen. The selection may not be made sooner than the

start of the game.

2. No one contestant may be selected to participate on more than one occasion. The individual selected CANNOT choose another person to participate on his/her behalf.

3. The following classes of people shall be INELIGIBLE to participate: Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors or assignees of the Client or any promotional agency involved with this promotion.

4. Client agrees to obtain signatures of each and every contestant on the "Contestant Agreement to Participate" form, upon contestant(s) notification of participation in the promotion. The Client will provide said forms to IP Group with proof of claim.

5. Contestant(s) shall not be permitted any practice, warm-up, or qualifying throws, at any time after his/her notification of participation in the promotion until the actual prize throw(s). 

6. Two Client representatives or officials shall serve as witnesses and shall supervise the event. The Client representatives are responsible for the contestants' understanding of the terms and conditions of this promotion.

7. Important: Client/Member Must Videotape The Entire Promotion Activity. It is imperative that the individual operating the video camera records the random selection and notification of the contestant(s), the contestant(s) signing the "Contestant Agreement to "Participate" form, the throw attempt(s), the actual dimensions of the target opening with the use of a measuring device (i.e. ruler) prior to the actual throw attempt(s), the actual distance between the target opening and the demarcation line with the use of a measuring device (i.e. tape measure) prior to the actual throw attempt(s), the contestant’s body position in relationship to the demarcation line, as well as the bean bag passing through the template and into the box. Client/Member shall ensure that the video camera is properly functioning.

8. Contestant(s) must successfully throw a bean bag that is provided by IP Group, through a horizontal target opening, A MAXIMUM OF SIX (6)

INCHES IN DIAMETER, which is on the top panel of standard cornhole board. The cornhole board MUST BE PLACED A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF SEVENTY-FIVE (75) FEET AWAY FROM WHERE THE THROW IS INITIATED. The contestant(s) may only have one throw and must make their first

attempt in order to be reimbursed for the prize.

9. No part of the contestant's body or clothing may come in contact with the demarcation line prior to releasing the bean bag. Any such contact shall be considered a foul and the throw shall have been deemed missed.

10. The total number of contestant(s) must not exceed: 20 between 10/11/2025 - 10/12/2025.

11. The bean bag as provided by IP Group must be used for this event.

12. The standard corn hole board must have the following dimensions: FOUR (4) FEET IN LENGTH, TWO (2) FEET IN WIDTH, ONE (1) FOOT IN HEIGHT IN BACK, MINIMUM OF THREE (3) INCH AND MAXIMUM OF FOUR (4) INCH HEIGHT IN FRONT, SIX (6) INCH DIAMETER TARGET HOLE, THE CENTER OF THE TARGET HOLE MUST BE TWELVE (12) INCHES FROM THE SIDE OF THE BOARD AND NINE (9) INCHES FROM THE BACK OF THE BOARD.
