We would like to cordially invite you to participate in our 2025 Fall Fest Dream Park. We welcome all arts & crafts, fine arts, packaged specialty foods & beverages and family fun. The proceeds from this event will benefit individuals with special needs. Thank you for your support!
Vendors
Exhibitors are 100% responsible for their booth set up including any tables, chairs, sides or backdrops. Tents can be used. Fall Fest is a non-juried presentation of handcrafted items. Handcrafted alterations to commercial items may apply as well. Packaged specialty food & beverage items are welcomed as well but you must possess a 2025 Gloucester Board of Health approval for any type of food items that you will sample. This is an all weather event. Vendors assume responsibility for their possessions and safety during the show as well as removal of any trash in their space. Fall Fest Dream Park will not be held responsible for damage, theft or personal injury.
Space Fees:
10x10 1-day indoor space $75
10x10 2-day indoor space $125

Set Up
- Show hours Sat & Sun 9am-3pm
- Gear can remain in place for the weekend at your discretion
- One day vendors must set up before 9am each day
- Vendors will have access to 110v electricity please bring a 50' cord
- Bathrooms are handicap accessible
- Food and drink will available for purchase each day
SET UP TIMES:
PREFERRED SETUP is Friday 9am-6pm: On Friday you can drive through the building which will make it very easy for you to unload. You will be instructed upon arrival on the procedures. We will assist anyone needing help. Please come to the main entrance of the main arena. (two statues of horses)
Sat & Sun Set Up 6am-8am: You will be instructed upon arrival on the procedures. We will assist anyone needing help. Please come to the main entrance of the main arena. (two statues of horses)
BREAKDOWN Sunday 3pm-5pm: Drive-thru breakdown but patience will be needed!
Marketing
The show will be advertised on social media, local schools, churches, senior centers and newspapers. In addition, press releases will be sent out to various media outlets.
