Fall Fest October 12th &13th 2024
The Christiana Foundation Inc. would like to cordially invite you to participate in their 2024 Fall Fest Dream at Park. We welcome all arts & crafts, fine arts, packaged specialty foods & beverages and family fun. The proceeds from this annual event will benefit Night to Shine; an annual event for individuals with special needs hosted by Crossbridge Community Church. Thank you for your support!
Arts & Crafts Vendors
Exhibitors are 100% responsible for their booth set up including any tables, chairs, sides or backdrops. Tent frames can be used however we recommend frame only. Fall Fest is a non-juried presentation of handcrafted items. Handcrafted alterations to commercial items may apply as well. Pictures of items must be submitted in advance by submission below. Packaged specialty food & beverage items are welcomed as well but you must possess a 2024 Gloucester Board of Health approval for any type of food items that you will sample. This is an all weather event. Outdoor spaces will be located under a pavilion. Vendors assume responsibility for their possessions and safety during the show as well as removal of any trash in their space. Christiana Foundation Inc. or Dream Park will not be held responsible for damage, theft or personal injury.
Space Fees:
10x10 2-day indoor space $175 (2-day only)
10x10 2-day outdoor covered space $150
10x10 1-day outdoor covered space $100

Set Up
Set up will be Fri 10/11/24 from 9am-5pm & Sat 10/12/24 8am-10am. After you sign in, you will be directed to the most convenient door to unload your vehicle. Once set up, please REMOVE your vehicle from the loading area. All exhibitors will be directed where to park.
Marketing
The show will be advertised on social media, local schools, churches, senior centers and newspapers. In addition, press releases will be sent out to various media outlets.
Electric
Accommodations can be made 115v you must supply your own extension cords.
RV
There are RV hookups on site but must be reserved and paid for in advance $60 daily
